Role Summary
We’re growing and we’d love to have another capable Learning Experience Specialist join the team.
Location: Wellington, or Remote Role.
Overview of role
Using professional level digital media skills to help showcase our SaaS product which simplifies corporate learning making it simpler, easier & more enjoyable for today’s workers.
Duties
Working as part of a small cross functional team with product and design.
Design, & build interactive engaging responsive learning content.
Design led projects involving digital media e.g. Videos for knowledge base articles, Customer presentations, Public website media, and media for marketing collateral such as blogs.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years studying in a digital learning design role.
A digital portfolio which demonstrates strong visual aesthetic, layout and typography skills applied to application, and product design.
Some experience in e-learning creation tools like Vyond, Articulate Rise
Strong interest in digital media and videography.

We are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Champion to join our team who possesses a strong drive for results.
Location: Wellington, or Remote Role.
Overview of role
Duties for the Customer Success role will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimising churn.
Duties
Develop and manage client portfolios.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximising value.
Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Improve onboarding processes.
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
Mediate between clients and the organisation.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Help maintain Knowledge Base.
Help write scripts for videos we build.
Minimise customer churn.
Qualifications / Experience
Relevant Communications or Marketing Degree.
Highly organised and able to multi-task.
Self-driven and proactive nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate leadership qualities.
Experience in customer facing support tools like Intercom.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of customer success processes.
Experience in document creation.
Patient and active listener.
Passion for service.

We are looking to add a technically savvy Product Engineer to join our team who possesses a strong drive for results.
Location: Wellington, or Remote Role.
Overview of role
Using high level front-end engineering skills to help build a SaaS product which simplifies corporate learning making it easier & more enjoyable for today’s workplaces.
Duties
Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
Working with the small highly capable engineering team toward solving challenges with clear outcomes.
Work with UI/UX design to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
Taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in a front-end development position.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline e.g. Computer Science (preferred but not required).
NZ Citizenship or Residency; or extended Work Visa (24 month).

We are looking for a savvy UX Interaction Designer to join our team who possesses a strong drive for results. Using professional level UX product skills to design new products as well as improve UX/design of our flagship SaaS product aimed at simplifying skills based learning making it simpler, easier & more enjoyable for today’s workers.
Location: Wellington, or remote role
Overview of role
The ideal Product UX-Designer should engage with customers, maximise value, field test concepts through prototyping and deeply understand the learning problems customers are trying to solve.
Working as part of a small cross functional team with product, design and engineering to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
Solid experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user and workflows.
Create prototypes and conduct tests, iterating on the designs based on the test results.
Conduct user research and discovery to inform design and drive innovation.
Solid understanding of the product interface design workflow processes & UX.
Help define the short and long-term design roadmap mapped to UX-problem solving outcomes.
You're passionate about understanding (and keeping the team and clients informed about) current and emerging UX/UI trends.
Qualifications / experience
Minimum 2-3 years UX-design in a digital UX or Interactive design role, or product based start-up.
Experience and proficiency in Figma, and design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, plus prototyping tools.
Experience working in an Agile environment with tools like JIRA, and rapidly producing design iterations in sprints.
