  • Cognise is a modern SaaS blended learning management and delivery platform. It is designed to manage and track all forms of workplace learning.

    Cognise users have access to a browser based world class course creation tool to rapidly build stunning courses.

    Cognise lives securely in the cloud, and will provide immediate cost saving, and ongoing value.

  • Out-of-the-box Cognise includes everything organisations need to create and manage all forms of learning - courses, events, programs, resources, assessments. Track, and report on all forms of training.

    Users: Create users, and set permissions for admins, and who can be managers. Cognise provides a universal user experience so switching from user to admin is seamless.

    Course Creation: A course can be built in minutes using our state-of-art HTML course builder which will shortly be available as a separate product here.

    Catalogs: Admins can create and publish one, or multiple catalogs. For more privacy, admins can create private catalogs and associate groups for more targeted access.

    Approvals: Cognise has a powerful approvals engine. Approvals can be set in a number of areas. Requests for Approval can be set on any learning, (including external learning taking place outside of Cognise e.g., a conference) invoking an approval workflow and simple setup for pre-approvals.

    Events: Cognise has powerful simple-to-use event and session management workflows. Events can be online, in-person or a combo of in-person with online participation. Other features include waitlisting, approvals, rescheduling and automated email notifications with cal invites [.ics].

    Resources: Cognise lets you create resources - images, embeds, videos, PDF, audio. Members can post a comment on any resource. Analytics on viewers and views.

    Assessments: Cognise lets you create assessments where members are assessed for proficiency in some skill and reach competency. Self-assess, single assessor, or multiple. Uses a request and approvals workflow.

    Programs: Cognise also lets you create programs where learning can be assigned in seconds with built-in automation features.

    External Learning: Members can create external learning requests for future and prior learning. Admins can create external learning e.g., a Conference

    Messaging: Cognise presents a powerful messaging and notification system.

    Discussions: These occur in learning, and groups.

    Groups: Create public and private groups, add members & coaches, create or add learning, participate in the group discussion.

    Reporting: user and learning reports that make it simple to review training. Activity reports let you analyze learning activity by time frame, courses, people, and groups. Learner reports show what training people have accessed, the time they’ve spent learning, modules they’ve completed, as well as quiz results. Learning reports let admins and managers view learner progress, and due dates. Reporting is exportable to PDF and CSV.

  • Cognise is fully responsive - desktop, laptop, mobile.

    All members have their own User Dashboard. Managers and Admins have an easy switch to an additional role based dashboard.

    Full library access to courses, events, programs, assessments, & resources.

    In learning groups members can be granted permission to create learning.

    Learners enrolled in learning can participate in the learning discussion - post, ask questions, create a review after completion, self-enrol in events, receive a certificate of completion, and lots more.

  • Premium ‘add-ons’ are not out of the box and incur an additional fee.

    Microsoft Add-ons package. Our Microsoft Azure add-ons can help you maintain Cognise without needing to manually onboard or offboard users. Our Azure AD Sync add on through auto syncing reflects all users in Cognise with their status in Azure AD.

    Microsoft Teams Meetings: With this add-on enabled admins and trainers can seamlessly create online events that in a single click will launch a Live session directly in Teams.

    Single Sign On (SSO). Seamless access for your users via your preferred authentication method.

    Two Factor Authentication (2FA). Enable an extra layer of security as optional, or required.

    Live Training sessions. Enable our proprietary live video stream classroom feature with participant management, chat, and files without having to use or integrate with third party software.

    Customisable Notification Messages. Admins can tailor the copy for notification messages out of Cognise.

    Manager Dashboard. Featuring tasks, and Insights for direct reports.

    Gamification. Points, Badges, Leaderboards.

    Support Agreement. Our SLA is structured around your business requirements.

    APIs. We build and maintain an extensive list of APIs. They are not publicly accessible.

    Connectors. We can connect to your other learning platforms including: LinkedIn, Pluralsight, Udemy Business, Coursera, EdX, Workday, and Go1. We can also connect to HR systems. All connector work requires a business case and scope period.

  • Yes! We offer tailored learning academies for customer training.

    We work with your business to help you drive customer engagement, generate more qualified leads, reducing the cost of acquisition.

  • As shown, we have several different plans based on user limits. Our prices are GST Tax exclusive for NZ/Aus customers and charged in the country currency.

    All other countries are charged in US dollars. Additional Sales Taxes may apply.

    Small Business Plan allows up to 300 people and is $2,995 per month*.

    Medium Business Plan starts at 300+ up to 600 people is $5,495 per month*.

    Large Workplace Plan starts at 600+ up to 1,000 people is $7,995 per month*.

    *All pricing for Small, Medium, and Large plans is based on an annual commitment, Minimum Term is 2 years.

    Month to Month subscription is available for 20% more per month per plan. One month's written notice.

    Companies who would like to invite more than 1,000+ people can contact us for a quote on an Enterprise Plan.
